Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nordica Sauna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the sauna or accessory in its original crates or boxes, ensuring all components, hardware, and manuals are included.
- 3.Schedule the Pickup
For large sauna units, we will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a curbside pickup at a time that is convenient for you.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
