How long does shipping take for a home sauna?
Standard delivery for our in-stock saunas typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. However, custom-built units or specialized infrared cabins may require 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and freight shipping.
Do I need to hire a professional electrician for installation?
While our smaller 110v plug-and-play models can be used with a standard outlet, most traditional Finnish and larger infrared saunas require a 220v-240v dedicated circuit. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure a safe and compliant installation.
What is Nordica Sauna's return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your sauna in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply to large equipment.
Are your saunas suitable for outdoor use?
We offer specific 'Outdoor Series' models crafted from weather-resistant Western Red Cedar or Thermowood. Indoor models should not be placed outside as they lack the necessary roofing and insulation to withstand the elements.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Maintenance is minimal. We recommend wiping down the benches after each use and using a sauna floor mat. For traditional steam saunas, the stones should be rearranged annually and replaced every 2-3 years depending on usage frequency.
Do you offer financing options for large purchases?
